does however reserve the right to use this information to track usage and demographic
trends for its own purposes.

amounts of your information, to make the site easier to you for use on your return
visits. This information cannot however be read or accessed from your hard drive
in any way.
Payment & Confirmation Policy
- The Gift Registry shall be authorized to debit the aggregate
amount payable for the goods ordered against the authorized payment card supplied
by you when completing the order supplied by you.
- For security reason your credit card number and other personal
details will not be saved or stored, therefore you must supply your payment card
number and details each time you make a purchase on www.thegiftregistry.co.za.
- When ordering by phone or fax, we will need your payment
card details at the time of purchasing.
- When you make your purchase and supply us with payment
card details, you warrant that you are authorized to make payment with the card
and that there are sufficient funds available to pay for your purchase.
- In the unlikely event, that your chosen purchase is unavailable,
we will contact you and give you the option to either select another item or cancel
your purchase and reverse the transaction.
- All purchases make on www.thegiftregistry.co.za or by phone/fax
are subject to this agreement.
- Your offer will be deemed to have been accepted upon receipt
and acceptance of your purchase by The Gift Registry unless otherwise notified.
Failure to formally confirm or notify acceptance shall not effect the enforceability
