Questions asked by those purchasing from The Gift Registry
How do I purchase a gift for a recipient?
You simply search for the recipient’s gift registry then view their gift list and select what you would like to purchase for them. On Checkout, you can choose whether you’d like to pay by Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Once you have made your purchase, the gift will be wrapped and delivered to the recipient at their preferred delivery address.

Can I purchase a gift that is not on the recipient’s registry list?
Unfortunately not. The purpose of our gift registry is to ensure that recipients are given the items they really want. It also makes it easier for you to give them the perfect gift.

Do you gift wrap the gift I bought?
Yes, all gifts are wrapped and we also supply a card. Once you click on checkout you will be given the opportunity to add your own personal message which will be hand written on the card and attached to your beautifully wrapped gift. We charge a nominal fee for this service.

Will my gift be sent to the recipient or should I collect it?
The recipient advises us on their preferred delivery address and date. For your convenience all the gifts will be delivered to the recipient.

Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?
Yes, your receipt will be emailed to the email address you provide us when registering to purchase a product. You will receive your receipt via e-mail within 5 – 10 minutes.

I am uncomfortable submitting my credit card details online. Is there any other form of payment I can use?
Yes, we provide a Direct Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer payment option. Please contact us should you have any queries or require assistance.
